CAA international presentation
At the Padua Mucle Days (19.-21.11.2020), an interdisciplinary scientific conference organized online for the first time in over 30 years, the first results of the SENIOR aktiv program could be presented to an international scientific audience in an invited lecture.

Research and Partner Meeting – February 2020
This time the partner meeting of the project partners took place again at the Faculty of Sports Science in Bratislava. Besides the current tender for the new building of the CAA in Bratislava, which was launched on February 12th 2020, the next interim report and the accompanying research projects starting in the next few months were the topics.
CAA at Lower Austrias biggest senior exhibition February 13 & 14 2020
With more than 10.000 visitors in 2 days we would like to thank the many interested parties for the nice conversations at the Bleib Aktiv exhibition in the VAZ St. Pölten and we are looking forward to many new participants for our SENIOR aktiv program.
SENIOR aktiv is an activity program for all 60 to 80 year olds who want to get or stay fit.

Research and Partner Meeting – September 2019
During a one-day workshop, project staff and basic scientists from the fields of histology, electron microscopy and molecular biology as well as health scientists were able to network and exchange ideas on scientifically relevant topics in the field of ageing research and physical activity in seniors. Two smaller research projects have been proposed which will be concretized and realized within the framework of the Centre of Active Ageing in the coming months.
Building permit CAA Bratislava granted!
inally the time has come and the city of Bratislava has issued the legally binding building permit for the new building of our Centre of Active Ageing at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport.
Now it is time to prepare the invitation to tender!
Partner Meeting May 2019 – St. Pölten
We were very pleased to show our colleagues from the University of Bratislava (lead partner of the project) on 24.5.2019 the new premises, which will soon be ready for the Center of Active Ageing in our institute. At the same time we had a productive partner meeting where we were able to discuss further study planning.
